what more can I say...

Got exactly what I was expecting intense violence humor,(the axe kick to the foot was pricless) and just plain entertaining. animation was excellent loved the pacing.
Not the best review but I think it's the short ones you shouldn't worry about.

[Sonic X: Cosmic Chase]

You had 4 years-8 years and this is what we get!

No excuse man, NO EXCUSE this flash was just anti climatic from beginning to end. You had all this time and nothing in this submission is as good as it should have been, I might have cut you a break if this was submitted when it was suppose to come out but the fact that you had such along time this flash just comes off as lazy. All the best stuff in this flash was in the trailer which this movie should have stayed as in my opinion. The action is nowhere near as fast paced as the trailer made us think and that really makes the fight scenes boring, its Sonic the Hedgehog for God sakes the action should be fast and intense while not coming off as a DBZ ripoff. Speaking of rip offs I know this is a SONIC X fan fic, but you don't have to redraw animated sequences from the original series over and over again. It just makes this movie dull and uninspiring. And what was the point of knuckles wearing a robe? Was he suppose to surprise the audience, its not like he was undercover as a bad guy or something on top of that we saw chaos in the trailer so one could also assumed knuckles would be in this one too. And Tails was a disappointment too aside from not being drawn too well like all the other characters he didn't even use his plane in combat. It would have been better if tails and eggman combated each other and if that effort failed sonic then jumps off and destroys eggmans forces himself. *sigh* now the good parts of the flash sonic x style art and decent special effects is all i can say as a positive. If you submitted this when it was time for it to be shown in 2006 I wouldn't have to be so harsh and would have a rather positive attitude because this is what we were expecting between that time period. But you decide to delay the movie even further and getting our hopes up only for them to be squashed with no improvements what so ever. This should've have been a great movie with as much critical reception as the SMBZ and the Nazo Unleashed series but we get an outdated over hyped, and clearly overrated flash that doesn't deserve the recognition it's getting. 2/5

The start of a beautiful new series

If there's two things I love the most about this flash its that the jokes were all humorous, and(this just a personal note) this flash spits in the eye of Hillary Clinton, ignorant parents and the like with short minded views of video games. I also loved the characters and how they're loosely based on fighting game franchises and the voices were fitting for each one in my opinion. the animation itself was pretty cool it fits the mood and adds to the comedy, this series has a long library and I hope I get as much of a kick out of all the other episodes as I did this one. Love the humor, keep it up.

[Mario's F*ED Up Weed Trip]

no....No...NO, its another turd of the week!

Ok so after watching this twice *gasp*....I really don't know how I can review this seriously. From the title its suppose to be about mario gettin F***'ed up off weed, but I didn't get any of that it was just a mishmash of mario pictured you probably gathered of DeviantArt. The animation I guess was alright, you seem like you have more potential but this flash certainly doesn't do any justice for you or the viewers. There's no message, it's not funny theres virtually nothing representing the title of your flash (aside from attempted random humor...I guess). I would understand the title if it this flash had enough effort put into it to have its own genre. (Drama, please) but there's really nothing here but an unfinished broken animation, I would suggest to put effort into your flashes if you are trying to become a likable author, but that's just ME. 1/5 (because i've seen plenty worse out there)

Another weird crossover

i know this another early work and its kinda a parody..yes?...no? Anyway, this was ok the fighting itself wasn't all that intense and the characters could've acted like themselves a little more maybe for some comedy element, speaking of which I found sonics lifeless dangling arms while in supersonic a little weird and funny I don't know if that was the point. On a side note: Supersonic, really? The chao are more than match for spongebob, let alone sonic and ESPECIALLY supersonic.

Anyway the flash was ight, with unorthodox choice of characters to beatthe shit out of each other and okish special effects its watchable.

[Marshmallow Madness Sonic]

Strange crossover

A parody with sonic the hedgehog and madness people...getting launched in a marshmallow and making them fall of a cliff?....HAHAHAHA! Seriously though I enjoyed it sonic looks funny with no facial detail to show his emotions it had to be demonstrated through body language. Gotta kick out of that and when he choked a guy. good sense of humor and the cross over actually added to that.

on track...off beat

Ah patrick in along line of dumb cartoon characters you take the cake. this parody was decent it kept me entertained. However in the later half of the movie the lyrics were off beat with the drawings. Just work on your timing of each frame and it would've flowed naturally and made more sense to viewers who didn't pay as much attention. BTW in humor standards I smiled at the most but I don't really think your goal was to be REAL funny just funny enough to get by and I'm okay with that considering its based on a spongebob soundtrack. 3/5

[Dot Dot Dot - Animated]

Good comedy...but should end right here.

Wow this is the first time I watched a flash about some guys review and while you did it right I personally don't wanna see this style of comedy take off. It was kinda funny to see you go grammar Natzi on this person, especially the way your voice expressed "i dont even know how this damn game got the daily 3rd prize, or a rating of 4.26!" However I say this should be a one time thing for ALL the movie makers of newgrounds. However, I'm sure this is gonna inspire a bunch of people to call out their reviewers in this manner and it's gonna get old and unoriginal and annoying REAL QUICK. (unless the reviewer getting called out is just flat out stupid and have no sense of good criticism.) While we are on the subject,the review itself was honest and did not have stupid death threats or insults aside from critiquing your flash negatively. I do agree he should right click over the red wiggles more often so he can get his point across with respectable typing, and I know that might be part of the point of this flash aside from something we can laugh at. But he/she is entitled to their own opinion. So in a sense calling him out is a little unfair. So while this was a style of comedy not recently seen here (at least I haven't seen it) It would be a bad idea for this too take off in the long run. Bravo to you and your good sense of humor. 4/5

Mislead the hell outta me in a good way.

At first I thought you were another one of those assholes trying to mislead fans and steal Terkoiz1 animation credit. I was about to blam your ass in a heartbeat, luckly I understood that your flash was a parody, and I don't know if I'm just easy to entertain but it did give me a chuckle. This parody of an awesome series attempted to be funny and to me it did exactly that. While not a very good job with animation, the author's work clearly shows that wasn't his attempt. If it was then this flash definitely doesn't deserve front page but I don't think thats what Tom Fulp's reason was to giving this guy front page, it was the comedic side of the flash that most likely influence his decision and rightly so. Good job unblatherartistic way to say fuck the critics and the fans with this flash, I gotta give you props you attemted humor with about a series with a good following and you succeeded . 3/5
Everyone else needs to stop taking this seriously and take it for what it is a comedic parody it's not gonna appeal to everyone but at least give it a fair review.

Wow...I really hate to say this.

The past 2 installments were great and gave me a good laugh or 2 . This one however fell flat, I barely got a smirk at the very most. All the flash consisted of was a bunch of inside jokes and obnoxious bickering. Which is very unfortunate for me too say cause I was looking forward to this. But the aim of this flash was more towards hardcore nintendo fans and barely any content that could be humorous to newcomers or even casual Nintendo fans. Although I won't dare say this flash is a waste of time because evidently it wasn't it catered to the HARDCORE FANS and even fans of Sonic with great animation, unique cartoonish style from each artist, with lively (and annoying) voice acting. So the effort in terms of presentation is nothing short of uncanny. But the jokes takes about 50% of the entertainment value and since that is the whole point of the flash it was unsuccessful.

In short: Great presentation art design is awesome, appropriate for the direction this flash has taken (comedy) But the jokes themselves, little to no interest.

I'm sure many others will have more appreciation but this isn't my cup of tea.
