Yes I did. The first one was generic it was pretty much my first name with lowercase ii symbolizing roman numeral 2.

when I made my account I made my name by putting my initials(RPG) and putting something "badass"(shadow).... I was young(er) back then.
now everyone that knows me calls me "RPG". But now more people knows me as "RPGxMadness" which is my gamertag on Xbox live and a name that I used in another forum(that is now erased).
I don't want to make a new account, if i can find a way to just change my name I'll do it

My point is it only takes reviewers like me to get the strive for improvement going. You can post "omg that was the best flash of my life." that pales in comparison to an ACTUAL review.
Thus, I and a few others who actually realize many authors take their work seriously have a much louder voice then "reviewers" like you who just point out things they see in a flash or leave a clever youtube-like remark. (no offense)
I used to leave reviews on a backwater website until I decided that it wasn't important.
Well I didn't say everyone had to do it. I understand It's a lot easier to just leave a one liner and go about ya business. Everyone SHOULD leave well thought out reviews, but they don't have too.
And just so you don't get the wrong idea no I don't judge a user based on the quality on their reviews. Just like you shouldn't judge someone you don't even know personally based on a username.
